Job summary

Victra is hiring a Sales Support Representative to join our retail team. As a part-time associate, you will support account reviews, offer accessory recommendations, and assist with data transfers during heavy traffic.

You will also help with merchandising, store cleanliness, and daily operations while delivering exceptional service to every guest. You will create product solutions, communicate benefits, and build personal connections to simplify technology for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or service industry.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to create a positive experience.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to meet guest needs.
• Build personal connections with guests to simplify tech and drive solutions.
