Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to join our retail stores. You will support our sales process, share product knowledge, and help deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include assisting with account reviews, merchandising, and customer queue triage, while maintaining store cleanliness and operations. You will provide product benefits and suggestions, build guest connections, and support the team during peak traffic days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays during peak seasons.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physically able to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• NHU training program to be completed within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, merchandising, data transfers, and guest triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and routine operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with every guest interaction.
• Explain product benefits and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Create personal connections to make tech approachable for guests.
