Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service in our retail stores. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and create a positive in-store experience for every guest.

You will help with account reviews, merchandising, and customer queue triage during busy periods while maintaining store cleanliness and high standards of service. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within Victra.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product and service recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech for them.
