Job summary

Steve Madden Retail Careers in San Marcos, TX is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor to support store leadership and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role leads by example, trains staff, coordinates floor moves, merchandising, and daily store operations, and acts as liaison between customers and management. The position requires 2–3 years in retail, strong communication, organization, and flexibility including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational and people coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to reach sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.

• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and stakeholders.

• Be flexible and perform duties beyond the stated role when needed.
