Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations including merchandising, floor moves, cleaning, and inventory returns.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform duties outside of your specific role.
