Job summary

Navy Exchange on North Island is seeking a Supervisory Sales Associate for the North Island Touch & Go Mini Mart. This full-time position (35-40 hours) focuses on leading a team, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting our brand while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

You will train staff, manage store operations, handle POS transactions, and participate in inventories and merchandise control. A strong, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Product Knowledge: knowledge of products and ability to train sales staff.
• Communication Skills: strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Mathematical Skills: basic math, making change, and using a calculator.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers and assess their needs.
