NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) is seeking a Supervisory Sales Associate in Guam. The role focuses on leading a team of sales associates, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales through product knowledge and store execution.

You will coach staff, ensure accurate cash handling, maintain inventory, and uphold NEXCOM standards while engaging customers and promoting promotions and events. Full-time position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• Product knowledge: Moderate level of knowledge of products and merchandize; training documentation available for sales associates on product features.
• Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals.
• Mathematical skills: Basic math functions; ability to calculate percentages and ratios; ability to make change in US currency.
• Reasoning ability: Ability to multi-task, work in a team, take initiative, and resolve escalations.
