Navy Exchange in Hagåtña, GU seeks a Supervisory Sales Associate for its APRA Mini Mart. You will lead a team, assist customers, promote our products, and maintain store standards while delivering excellent service. You will also handle cash, POS transactions, and inventory tasks.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, staying current on products, and representing the brand with a positive, professional demeanor.

Competenze

• Product knowledge of merchandise and able to convey benefits to customers.
• Provide training documentation to sales associates on product features.
• 1–2 years of Retail or relevant work experience required.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide premier customer service and engage customers proactively.
• Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about promotions and events.
• Maintain store appearance and organize merchandise.
• Cross-sell and upsell products; know store layout and promotions.
• Process transactions using POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Complete reports, paperwork, and reconciliations as required.
• Be responsible for inventory and periodic inventories; ensure proper ticketing.
• Provide coaching and direction to sales associates; assist Department Manager.
