Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture in Draper, UT is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive guest engagement and revenue by developing a high-performing team. You will coach staff, schedule effectively, model our engagement approach, and lead with a customer-first mindset while ensuring training and daily tasks are completed.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with store leadership, and building a strong talent bench to support growth and sales targets in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5 years of retail experience in direct customer interaction.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• High volume retail experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support each team member through our sales proficiency process.
• Ensure store staffing aligns with guest demand.
• Develop schedules that match skills to demand.
• Model the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during engagements.
• Lead Sales Floor and Guest Engagement leadership when assigned.
• Ensure ongoing development training is completed.
• Follow the style guide directives.
• Ensure daily task lists are completed by teams.
• Address escalated guest situations and resolution.
• Collaborate with Retail Sales Managers to meet/exceed goals.
• Foster talent development and conduct regular feedback sessions.
• Cultivate a positive store culture as a servant leader.
