Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Central Valley, NY. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead the sales floor, drive revenue, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage inventory, support merchandising, and train staff while upholding brand values and policies. With a minimum of 2 years in retail, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule across days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Retail Experience required.
• Experience with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Lead by example to generate clientele and maximize customer retention.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset.
• Contribute to a technology-led in-store experience.
• Maintain high customer service feedback scores (NPS).
• Act as brand ambassador and uphold brand values.
• Oversee inventory controls and cycle counts, inbound/outbound receiving.
• Track BOH fulfillment metrics and improve processes with leadership.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention and train alongside leadership.
• Maintain store procedures and weekly workflow; support merchandising.
