Job summary

PUMA is seeking a dynamic Retail Associate for our Commerce, CA store. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, process transactions at checkout, and maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.

This role supports the team in achieving sales goals while upholding PUMA’s brand values. The position requires at least one year in retail, a team-oriented mindset, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or similar.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to help customers find products.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience per PUMA brand values.
• Deliver customer service to help meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Process sales transactions at checkout securely and quickly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with stock levels, inventory counts and product availability.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures and store core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
• Prior retail exposure preferred.
