The role focuses on selling, building relationships with store management, and driving distribution with accurate reporting and merchandising execution.

You will work a hybrid schedule, with half-day Fridays, and must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $52,000 plus stipends and benefits.

Qualifications

• Local to Minneapolis, MN area and valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance are required.
• Merchandising experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and professional appearance are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Represent a diverse portfolio of national and regional brands, calling on Hy-Vee.
• Serve as the main liaison between store leadership and manufacturer partners to maximize shelf space and distribution.
• Pitch new products, secure incremental placement, and adapt to changing needs while meeting sales targets.
• Use mobile tech to take photos, report findings, and complete tasks accurately.
• Travel between stores within the designated territory and maintain a safe work environment.
