Overview Of The Role

• C.A. Carlin is looking for a part-time Retail Sales Representative to service retailers near Albert Lea, MN. Responsibilities include selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within accounts, and reporting tasks. Must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods. Independent work, following directions, and excellent communication skills are essential. Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and business auto insurance are required.
• Location: Must be local to Austin, MN and surrounding area
• Compensation: $20 hourly
• This is a Part-Time position - less than 30 hours/week; hours between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What You’ll Do At C.A. Carlin

• Order products, stock shelves, and perform related merchandising tasks.
• Maintain a safe working environment in stores.
• Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines.
• Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Follow additional guidelines set by the Store Team.

What You Should Bring To The Table

• Local to Austin, MN area to service retailers.
• At least 1 year of Merchandising experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.
• Positive, professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
• Cell phone, printer, and internet-connected computer.
• May be subject to background check and drug screening.
