The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value across the national market and offers opportunities for growth as employees develop in their roles. Position Location: Our Inbound Remote Sales Representative position is available for candidates residing in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana. Applicants must reside within these states to be considered.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match them with suitable insurance products and convert leads into policyholders.

Position Requirements:

  • Paid remote training with licensing provided if needed.
  • Training duration: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed.
  • Comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
  • Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11 am-8 pm CST), for at least 12 months.
  • Must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Support for satellite/mobile internet is not provided.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; at least 2 years of sales/service-related work required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in typing and PC use.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
