Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls, consult with customers on insurance needs, and convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid remote training over 16-18 weeks, including licensing if needed.

• Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend, 11am-8pm CST, for at least 12 months.
• Provided equipment; high-speed internet required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred, with at least 2 years in sales/service.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• PC proficiency and Property & Casualty License required post-hire.
