Brightstar Lottery in Tyler, TX is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive retail growth across Texarkana, Paris and Mount Pleasant. You will manage route coverage, inventory, and in-store presentation to maximize performance.

This role requires frequent daytime travel in a company vehicle, strong communication and organization skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $39,848 to $103,002 plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience in retail or wholesale sales.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for work on company-provided devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences.
• Ability to plan and organize and work autonomously.
• Must reside in the region of the regional office; extensive daytime travel.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete route coverage within assigned territory.
• Evaluate and manage product inventory, display, and presentation.
• Optimize inventory mix by transferring packs and handling returns.
• Develop execution plans to grow sales within the district.
• Recruit new retailers to expand the retailer base.
• Review metrics with retailers and communicate strategies.
• Process ticket returns with retailer sales terminals and follow lottery procedures.

Overview

Territory is Texarkana, Paris and Mount Pleasant.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing route coverage within an assigned territory
• Evaluates and manages product inventory, display, and presentation
• Optimizes the inventory mix at retail locations through pack transfers to other retail locationsand returns upon the request of the retailer
• Assists in the development of detailed execution plans to grow sales within assigned district
• Manages product levels to ensure customer demands are met at all points of retail distribution
• Responsible for actively recruiting new retailers to increase sales and grow the retailer base
• Reviews key metrics with retailer on a consistent basis
• Communicates and executes organizational strategies, specific initiatives, and best practices toretailers to maximize sales.
• Able to follow all requirements for picking up, transferring and returning Tickets to and fromRetailers
• Recovers tickets from other locations as directed by the lottery
• Uses retailer sales terminal to process returns of instant ticket inventory according toprocesses approved by the Lottery.
• Ability to follow all lottery procedures such as picking up, dropping off , transferring, closingand returning tickets to our warehouse
• Completes all required paperwork on time with accuracy
• Takes appropriate follow up action on all customer queries
• Assists lottery personnel with retailer trouble‑shooting/chronic retailer issues.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with Brightstar Lottery personnel and lottery retailers
• Assist with reports and analysis as requested by sales managers
• Adheres to route schedule assigned
• Assists with other projects as assigned

The estimated starting compensation range is $39,848 - $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

• Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.
• Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
