Simpson Strong-Tie, a leader in engineered structural connectors, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative for the IL/IA territory, based in Chicago, IL. You will build relationships with National Retail customers, coordinate with branch and regional teams, and drive profitable growth through in-store displays and cross-merchandising.

Responsibilities include store-level trainings, CRM management, and travel up to 25% domestically.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience in retail merchandising and/or sales.
• National Accounts experience and/or business or marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to build and sustain productive customer relationships.
• Ability to identify needs and take action when situation requires it.

Aufgaben

• Call on existing National Retail customers at store level; install/maintain marketing materials and cross-merchandise.
• Develop relationships and be primary contact for store-level merchandising teams.
• Plan and execute store-level trainings as needed.
• Coordinate with National Retail Regional Managers to ensure territory project execution.
• Maintain CRM, submit expense reports timely, manage company vehicles.
