Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Sales Professional to lead efforts in achieving monthly sales goals, expanding distribution, and executing promotions at retail locations. You will communicate pricing, coordinate displays, manage promotions, and safeguard product freshness across stores.

Responsibilities include regular account visits, inventory control, and ensuring quality standards while building strong retailer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 4–5+ years in the field.
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 175 lbs. for keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and actively acquire new business while maintaining established distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating displays and POS materials, events and other promotion opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact and freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
