Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a sales-focused professional to achieve monthly sales targets, acquire new business, and sustain distribution. You will coordinate retail promotions, displays, and POS materials while ensuring QC and product date standards are followed.

Responsibilities include regular account visits, inventory management to minimize stockouts and out-of-code issues, and monitoring shelf placement for freshness and impact. Additional duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• 21 years of age or older, per state requirements.
• Reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and auto insurance as required.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg products.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales goals and grow new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; coordinate displays and POS materials.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Maintain inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation for freshness and shelf impact.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/ GED with 4 to 5+ years of specific experience
