Job summary

AT&T in Winchester, VA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers, explain options, and drive sales across AT&T devices and services. You will use a consultative approach, participate in community events, and assist with online orders and outbound calls.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 40 hours weekly. Training is provided to help you meet and exceed goals while earning commissions.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance scheduling.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment to meet customer needs.
• Commitment to helping customers and meeting sales goals.
