Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers and guide them through options using a consultative sales approach. You will participate in events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.

Expect a fast-paced environment with a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends. Training and coaching are provided if you’re new to sales, and compensation includes base pay with uncapped commission opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment to evolving tech and customer needs.
