Job summary

AT&T in Chesapeake, VA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, participate in community events, fill online orders, and handle outreach calls to drive sales.

The schedule runs from 9am to 9pm with weekends, and you’ll receive training to reach/ exceed goals. The position offers a competitive salary range with uncapped commissions, plus comprehensive benefits and employee discounts.

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred

• Flexible scheduling including weekends
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach
• Be part of the community through events and assisting customers on the sales floor
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance seniority schedules
• Support a fast-paced environment by staying current with evolving products and customer needs
