Job summary

AT&T in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose from our full suite of devices and services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach on the floor, build connections with the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls, and work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends.

Expect a fast-paced environment with ongoing coaching and tools to help you meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance seniority-based schedules.
• This is a fast-paced environment; being flexible and open to change helps you stay current with evolving tech.
