Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to be at the center of customers’ experience, using personalized sales expertise to guide options and meet targets with uncapped commission opportunities.

You’ll engage with the community through events, online orders and outbound calls, with a work schedule from 9am to 9pm including weekends, and 2 weeks' advance notice for seniority-based schedules. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options on the sales floor.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends, with shifts from 9am–9pm and two weeks’ advance visibility of seniority-based schedules.
