Job summary

AT&T seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with a consultative approach, guiding them through options and services across a fast-paced retail floor.

You’ll be part of a community-focused team, handling online orders and outreach while working 9am–9pm, including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is welcomed; training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• Fast-paced environment; being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and earn commissions.
