Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to be at the center of customer interactions. You will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and help them select the right devices and services to meet their needs.

You will participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The role requires a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with monthly seniority-based scheduling and opportunities for uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
