Verizon in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to help grow sales through cutting-edge technology and outstanding customer service. You’ll learn customers' needs, present top-down solutions, and close sales with clear, effective communication.

You’ll train continuously and may outreach to Verizon customers via calls or texts, while engaging with the community at events. Base pay starts at $19.71/hour with commissions that can boost earnings; total compensation varies by

Formación

High school diploma or GED.
1+ years of relevant experience.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Open to picking up additional shifts, especially peak periods.
Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus.
Sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
