Job summary

Psycho Bunny is seeking a Sales Associate for the Ala Moana on-site location. You will ensure a consistently high customer experience, contribute to visual standards, and support daily store operations.

You will develop clienteling and relationships to boost sales, process transactions, and maintain inventory integrity. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required as part of a dynamic retail team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Understand computer systems to ring transactions and perform merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and inventory; report loss prevention violations to a supervisor.
• Engage in clienteling and build long-term relationships with customers to drive sales.
• Build a loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and collecting customer phone and email.
• Assist with other duties as required by store management.
