Job summary

Psycho Bunny, the rebelliously refined clothing brand, is hiring a Sales Associate for our Camarillo Premium Outlets on-site. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver a consistently high customer experience, support store standards, and contribute to a bold retail environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, an outgoing personality, excellent communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Outgoing and fun personality.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with Psycho Bunny team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
• Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and report violations to a supervisor.
• Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail.
• Assist with all other duties as required by store management.
