Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Understand computer systems to ring transactions and perform related tasks (merchandise transfers, order fulfillment).
• Protect store assets and inventory, report losses to a supervisor.
• Engage with customers through authentic clienteling and build long-term relationships to drive sales.
• Build a loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and collecting customer contact information.
• Assist with other duties as required by store management.
