Psycho Bunny, a bold clothing brand with a strong presence in Westfield Valley Fair, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional, on-site customer experiences. You’ll learn our brand standards, assist with transactions, and contribute to a welcoming shopping atmosphere.

You will develop relationships, drive sales, and participate in loss-prevention processes while representing Psycho Bunny with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused selling.
• Outgoing and competitive personality with a passion for service.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Ring transactions using computer systems; handle transfers and orders.
• Protect store assets and report any loss prevention concerns to a supervisor.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and engagement.
• Capture customer contact details to grow a loyal customer base.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store management.
