Job summary

Psycho Bunny is seeking a Sales Associate for the Fashion Center at Pentagon (on-site) to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and uphold our brand standards. You will assist with visual directives, process transactions, and build lasting customer relationships.

You will contribute to a loyal customer base while maintaining visual standards and assisting with inventory, transfers, and loss prevention. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Outgoing and fun personality.
• Passion for outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused selling culture.
• Capacity to collaborate with all Psycho Bunny team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Understand point-of-sale systems to ring transactions and manage transfers and orders.
• Protect store assets and report losses to a supervisor.
• Engage with customers to build long-term relationships and drive sales.
• Build a loyal customer base through engagement and collecting customer contact details.
• Perform other duties as required by store management.
