Psycho Bunny is hiring a Sales Associate in the Tampa area to deliver a consistently high customer experience while representing our bold brand. You will develop product knowledge, ring transactions using our POS, and support merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes an authentic clienteling approach, building long-term relationships and contributing to sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Outgoing and fun personality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Capacity to work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Understand computer systems to ring transactions and perform merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and report loss prevention issues.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and drive sales.
• Build a loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and contact information collection.
• Assist with other duties as required by store management.
