Psycho Bunny is seeking a Sales Associate for the Perimeter Mall on-site location. You will deliver a consistently high customer experience and uphold our bold, premium standards with a friendly, proactive team.

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required. You’ll ring transactions, support visual standards, build client relationships, and help grow a loyal customer base with strong communication and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Outgoing and fun personality.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused selling approach.
• Ability to collaborate with team members.

Responsabilités

• Assist with visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
• Ring transactions and perform other functions (merchandise transfers and order fulfillment) using computer systems.
• Protect store assets and report any loss prevention violations to a supervisor.
• Engage in clienteling and build long-term relationships with customers with a focus on sales.
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail.
• Assist with all other duties as required by store management.
