FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans and product inquiries while earning commission on top of hourly pay.

The role includes handling cash, maintaining displays and supporting store operations in a fast-paced pawn and loan environment. Qualifications include 18+ years, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule, with bilingual applicants

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans and inquiries.
• Explain terms and assist with pawn and short-term loan processes.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buy/sell/loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
