Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn stores nationwide.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help shoppers with financial solutions while earning hourly pay plus commission. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be willing to work flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to develop a rapport to better provide and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains the display of merchandise.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards
• Effectively communicates to customers the legal aspects of the pawn and buy transactions.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Successfully completes the assigned training.
• Other related duties, as assigned.
