Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The role offers a competitive hourly rate plus commission and opportunities to assist customers with loans and pawn services.

You’ll greet customers, process sales and loans, maintain displays, handle cash, and support store operations at a Texas location. A high school diploma and strong customer service skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a team
• Comfortable with a flexible retail schedule including weekends
• Experience with POS checkout systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and processing paperwork
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
