FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in a fast-paced pawn/retail environment. The role offers hourly pay with commission, flexible hours, and benefits. You will greet customers, explain loan terms, process transactions, and maintain a tidy sales floor while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, possess a high school diploma or GED, and can work weekends. Bilingual applicants are encouraged, and comprehensive benefits start after eligibility.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and loan services.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
