FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our cash pawn and loan network. You’ll greet customers, explain loan terms, process sales and loans, and maintain a welcoming sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Explain terms and process paperwork for pawn/short-term loans
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
