AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Baton Rouge. On the sales floor, you’ll guide customers with a consultative approach, helping them explore device options and personalized services to meet their needs.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based shifts. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and we provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.
• Ability to work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends.
