Job summary

AT&T is recruiting for a Retail Sales Consultant in Sulphur, LA to connect with customers using a consultative sales approach and to guide them through product options. You’ll engage with the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls, with a schedule that runs 9am–9pm including weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; being flexible and open to change helps you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Salary includes hourly rate and uncapped commissions; starting pay varies by geography, experience, and training.
