AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Harahan, LA. You will engage customers with a consultative approach, assist with online orders, and reach sales targets while offering top-tier service.

Expect a flexible schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, and ongoing training to achieve goals. You'll join a team focused on helping customers select devices and services, with uncapped commission opportunities and a salary range that reflects performance and geography.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech.
• Support training and coaching initiatives to help meet and exceed goals.
