AT&T in Leesville, LA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized sales expertise and drive commission-earning results. You’ll participate in community events, process online orders, and contact potential customers to grow the customer base.

This role offers a schedule of 9am–9pm including weekends, with comprehensive training and coaching to help you meet and exceed sales targets. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guides customers through options using consultative sales approach.
• Participates in events, fills online orders, and makes outbound calls to customers.
• Works a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules provided 2 weeks in advance.
• Receives tools, training and coaching to help achieve goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
