AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized sales expertise and help them explore our latest devices and services. You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, and participate in in-store events, online order fulfillment, and outreach to customers.

Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and 9am-9pm shifts.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events and assisting online orders.
