Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly sales quotas and drive sales of handsets, plans, and accessories according to company benchmarks. The role includes mentoring new hires and adhering to Sun Com policies and procedures while maintaining store readiness and asset protection.

In-store, high-energy environment with a focus on accuracy in paperwork, system proficiency (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, Paycom), and impeccable attendance and scheduling discipline.

Qualifications

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.
• Follow management guidance and best practices for sales performance.
• Support new hires and peers as a role model in Retail Sales.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all policies as outlined in the Handbook and communications.
• Respect paperwork procedures per Handbook and Sun Com policy documents.
• Master all required systems: Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, Paycom.
• Regularly review sales paperwork for discrepancies and errors.
• Follow cash depositing procedures and take responsibility for any deficiencies.
• Protect and maintain company assets and inventory.
• Guard against fraudulent purchases and ensure store security.
• Ensure timely completion of opening/closing checklists with zero errors.
• Communicate inventory deficiencies to supervisors for review.
