Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly sales quotas and drive revenue through handsets, plans, features and accessories. You will follow company benchmarks and management guidance while modeling strong sales behaviors and assisting new hires.

The role requires adherence to policies, accuracy in paperwork, and mastery of systems like Aktivate, ADP and Paycom. In-person work with a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Practice behaviors to maximize sales and metrics as indicated by management.
• Act as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Follow all company policies and documentation procedures.
• Master required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning).
• Review sales paperwork for discrepancies and errors.
• Safeguard company assets and prevent fraudulent purchases.
• Complete opening/closing checklists with zero errors.
• Communicate inventory deficiencies to supervisors.
