Job summary

Sun Com is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant for in-person work in the United States. You will strive to exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver complete, high-quality sales that beat benchmarks, while driving sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.

You will master required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, Paycom) and follow policies; you must have reliable transportation for training and off-site meetings, and be able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Practice behaviors to generate and maximize sales and key metrics.
• Serve as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all policies and paperwork procedures; master required systems.
