Sun Com seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly quotas and deliver high‑quality sales of handsets, plans, features, and accessories. You will follow guidance, mentor new hires, and perform other duties as assigned, while upholding all company policies and protecting assets.

The role requires in‑person work, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods. Training and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 days/30 hours per week.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand for long periods and have reliable transport.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales that beat benchmarks on key metrics.
