Job summary

Sun Com in Richardson, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales of handsets, rate plans and accessories, while meeting key metrics and company benchmarks. You will model best practices for new hires and support peers on the sales floor.

The role requires adherence to store policies, accurate paperwork, and mastery of systems like Aktivate and ADP; it is an in-person position with a flexible schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Retail sales experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Practice behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics.
• Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all policies and paperwork procedures.
• Master all required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, etc.).
• Safeguard company assets and follow cash depositing procedures.

Education

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
