Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a friendly, reliable Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service in our retail environment. You will process orders accurately, assist customers with financing when needed, and help open/close store operations.

The role requires US work authorization, 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1 year of customer service or sales experience. Lifting up to 25 lbs may be required; training provided; competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
